In more than 15 years of working with non-profit organizations, we've experienced first-hand the many different ways there are to accept a donation on the Internet. Finally, we've created a better way.
Here's how it works:
1) We take the graphics from your web site (or have your web site designer send them to us) and ceate a custom donations page for you and host it on our secured server.
2) Next, we add some html code to your donations page (or supply your designer with the code to add) within your website that connects your site to our secured form.
3) Donation information (like credit card, donation amount, and contact information) is sent to a secret secured location that can only be accessed with a username and password.
4) A general e-mail is sent to you whenever a donation is made through your website telling you the first name and basic contact information of the contributor. You are prompted to visit your admin area to process the donation.
5) Visit your own secured administration area to access the donation information where you will login with your private username and password.
6) Print the donations for your records, export them to Excel and import the file into your fundraising or accounting software.
7) Delete the donations from the server with the press of a button and process your new donation just as you would if someone called you on the phone with a credit card number.
It's really that simple.
