Finally, we’ve created a better way. Here’s how it works:

1) Tell us what information you need to receive from contributors (salutation, name, address phone, email type of information), and the type of donations you are wanting to accept online (memorials, honorariums, one-time gift, matching gift, membership payment, event sign-up…to name a few possibilities.

2) Supply us with the graphics from your web site so we can create the donations form to look exactly like the rest of your Web site

3) We add the form to our secured server and integrate that form with our secure administration area.

4) We provide you with some html link code to have your designer add to your website. When people click the donations link on your website, they’re brought to the secure form. We can help with this too if you don’t currently have a designer on staff.

5) When a donation is made, donation information (like credit card number, expiration date, name on the card, card billing address, donation amount, and contact information) is sent through a payment gateway and into your bank account, in full PCI security compliance.

6) A simple e-mail is sent to you whenever a donation is made through your website telling you the first name and the amount of the donation (credit card information is NOT sent by e-mail for security purposes).

7) Visit your assigned secured administration area to access the donation information where you will login with your private username and password.

Print the donations for your records, export them to Excel and import the file into your fundraising or accounting software.
